In my humble opinion, this is one of the most underrated songs of all time. It's serenely beautiful, and even though the lyrics focus on a specific situation, there's a mystic to both the song and the manner in which the lines are spoken...Lines such as 'Tellement du monde qu’ on s’y perd', 'So much of the world that one loses oneself'--it's just hard not relate, and in the context of the song itself, a lyric of distress manages to be comforting.
I could heap ages and and sentences of praise upon this song, but I'd rather just listen to it again. Undoubtedly in my top five.
