Soo I think this song is about a girl and boy who have a past, and maybe they took a break and they never got over each other, and ,maybe the girl kept trying to pursue the guy but he was different now, pushing her away and she's probably not wanting to let go because of what they had and she's mad but she just can't let go, and the guy can't tell her , so he tells it in a song. They love each other , he just needs to figure himself out.
