i think this song is about a guy who has previously being in a love triangle and suffered from the situation. Now the situation is repeating ("back to the start again")as a girl, who already is in a relationship, is trying to flirt with him. He kind of likes her, cause she is attractive and has friends in the business but he knows she is no good for him or the other guy.
