The, "hang up and you call right back" line makes me think of insecurity - You know - when you get mad over something stupid, and you know it's stupid, and you hang up, hoping he'll call back. But he doesn't so you do, and apologize. And you spend all your time with him, lose all your friends as he's the "most important thing in your life", and you don't want to go out cause you can't have fun without him..
