I just saw Kathleen in concert yesterday in Kent Ohio and she told us how this song came to be. She was going out to
eat for her best friend's 30th birthday. At the resterant, she was talking to her best friend's mom who she has
known since she was a child. Recently Kathleen had taken up jogging and when her friend's mom asked what was new
she told her this. Then her friend's mom said that she used to run all of the time. She then proceeded to tell a
story that non of her own children had heard before. In the imddle of the ngiht sometimes, she would go for a run
down the street. She would run and run until she would collaspe into the street itself. She felt that when she ran
all of her troubles melted away. After she literally couldn't run anymore, she would turn around and run back home.
