There was one like that stuck out to me in this song for some reason, maybe because I thought the heart doesnt have hands but anyway I think I get what its trying to say now.
"Please give my heart something, anything like a blade sharp enough to strike you"
In first examanation it sounds like he wants to hurt somebody but the comma is where I noticed it sounded like a second sentence.
Meaning, he wants to be stabbed, or his heart to hurt. "Anything like a blade to sharp enough to strike you."
He's saying basically anything thats good enough to hurt the other person, is good enough to hurt himself.
So what I think he is getting at is that he wants to be stabbed by the other person.
I agree kinda with what you said about the Please give my heart something, anything like a blade sharp enough to strike you,
I agree kinda with what you said about the Please give my heart something, anything like a blade sharp enough to strike you,
but I think it's more along the lines of, Yes I want you to hurt me, so I can be angry and forget you, and when se says sharp enough to stike you, i think its like, sharp enough to kill you from my heart, and let me move on kinda idea. I'm sorry if that didn't make sense, I'm horrible with words >_<

Actually, if you look at the original Japanese version, there's no "you" in that line. It's just "a blade sharp enough to strike" You're right that there is wor play but it's more like irony, like he's saying "give my heart a shapr blade" but he actually means "stab me!"
