It can't be "prosatution to the kids who listen" because it says 'in from the right ear an out the left"? If it goes in one ear and out the other that means there not listen. Like the saying "In one ear and out the other." You cant even intertain and idea or thought.
One reason is because it sounds more like he talking about how a government operates and power circling?

I think with the in-one-ear-out-the-other idea isn't that the kids can't think about the idea, its that there's nothing there. If something can go in one ear and out the other, there's nothing in there blocking it.
