I think it's about having someone diagnosed with some disease or other ("opened up, it's revealed!"). Maybe someone in the past who's abused Morgan (or whoever, lol) and she's wanted dead or gone for so long and now it's finally happened that they're sick or dying.
But, at the same time she isn't sure exactly how she feels about it because wishing death or harm on someone is never good karma (lol). I dunno, just thinkin'. Kittie rocks :))
