That could be a good Religious take on it, but because not everyone who comes here is Christian, the song can be taken in many ways. Yes, Red has said that they are a Christian band, but nowhere in their lyrics do they state 'God' or 'demons' or anything "religious."
So any song unless given a STRICT meaning to can be taken in any way, shape or form. :)
EDIT: And because I like having different meanings, here's my take on it:

The person depicting themself(ves) can be in pain, not any type of pain but a pain of not having enough self-esteem or being betrayed in the worst way possible but still continue on loving or caring for that person (so far, I've gone through every motion that I have) and it just starts eating the person alive, because they feel like they shouldn't have forgiven them, and that they should have to pay for what they've done.

"It's nothing,
It's everything"
"It's nothing,
It's everything"
Can reference to...
Can reference to the fact that they SAY it's nothing, but they know that it's everything.
"It's breaking me,
I'm falling apart"
Can further prove the fact that what they say and what they know is breaking their spirit causing them to fall apart at the seams.
@Shep: God stated that He IS THE Alpha and THE Omega. But this song states "MY beginning and MY end"
