Mr Rogers neighborhood was an awesome show, unfortanatley kids took it seriously thinking everyone was their neighbor and ended up gettin kidnapped or bum raped. He just took the message the wrong way, when mr. rogers said "wont you be my neighbor" he met wont you act nice and courteous to me and lend a helping hand.
