I could be completely off but to me this song seems like it's in the point of view of the dead baby that samo and grace had. I think the baby could of been a still birth. She seems to be hovering around the house still as a spirit and I think she's trying to tell them to try and move on from the death of the baby and that she will see you out there could be a referance to heaven. Also I think the man in the tub who says hes not there is some other spirit in the house also.

I feel like Samo and Grace are a young couple, perhaps just married "all your diamonds shine, what a feel good time" and they had a baby they weren't ready for because they felt as if they weren't ready "gotta make me a woman, gotta make you a man". But the imagery is dark, and not exactly pitying Samo and Grace, but more against them for their decision with regret and this lack of a soul that could have been....
