I think - or I feel - it is some secret union, for some reason possibly forbidden or just beyond any conventions. To me it is about becoming one, taking a relationship beyond the boundaries of two separate "entities", when each one becomes the other a bit.
Maybe I am wrong but I don't want to know it then. :) This is what it feels like to me.
