My own interpretation of the chorus was
"Feel no shame to break
Be afraid to wait forever"
but also this interpretation could be correct. We'll see when the official lyrics will (hopefully) come out...
Anyway, I don't think the song's necessarily about Harmony Korine. Think to Porcupine Tree's "Tinto Brass", I've read that Steven Wilson named that song this way just because he liked the sound of that name, without even knowing who Tinto Brass was (the part when he says he didn't know anything about him is on the Stupid Dream's Wikipedia page, but I can't remember where I read he named the song Tinto Brass because he liked the sound, sorry).
I think he just likes Harmony Korine for his art or his name as well, but I don't see any direct relationship between the song and Harmony Korine himself.
However, I don't know much about this artist, so if anyone can tell us more about him it would be very helpful to understand the lyrics!
