I guess I don't really see the whole future and anarchist part to this song like some have said, I think it is more talking about someone who is angry and unable to express their anger to the world, forcing it to swell inside of them. I think he is inferring that the person's anger came from when he or she was young and first began to witness all of the evil in the world, and the narrator is trying to convince this person to let out her feelings of anger and hate because it is eating at their relationship and he is "drifting away" from her.
