The way I see this song is that it is about resistance against the temptations of sin.
The first verse is directed towards Satan and sin in general. "Your time is done" says that sin no longer has a hold on them. "I've come too far to lose, so go ahead and try me" = I've resisted thus far, I won't give up now.
The chorus seems to be a summation of the song in its entirety. I read "You've never seen a fight like this before" as saying that "my battle against sin will be unlike anything else, I fully intend on winning".
"...line that I cannot ignore" means I realize now that what I have done is wrong, and now with this knowledge I can fight back.
"Feel the pain, I'm raining down on you" means after all you've done to me (still directed at sin), it's time for me to strike back.
"Cause what I start I will follow through" is fairly straightforward at this point. He/she doesn't intend on giving up now that this fight has begun.
I love this song, and basically the rest of the album as well.
