don't know how I feel about mae's recent stuff. Don't get me wrong I love may, DB has to be by far my favorite album of all time, everglow is fantastic too but I just don't know if their new stuff is clicking with me. Their old sound and lyrics kinda went away. I dunno, still support them and excited to hear their new stuff.

there new music is far from garbage. Fanboys? Mae has very few of those if any. People love Mae because they write amazing music, and they don't pigeon hold themselves to one style. If Mae went out and released DB2 and DB3, nobody would like them because they wouldn't have grown as a band.

I'd say bands like Mae and Anberlin deserve a lot of respect because they never release the same album twice, but manage to keep what keeps them unique. :D
