I think this song is so amazingly beautiful because not just the lyrics but even the music captures the quality of being in love. The song is sung slightly out of time, with some phrases coming out longer than other and some shorter and i think it captures the uncertain quality of being in love, how time seems to flow in and out and everything you hear or see is the person you love. My favorite part is "that's the way love is" repeated three times because the timing is really strange, as if to say that love itself is really strange and out of sync and hard and wonderful.
