My Baby

Apparently, Brit wrote this one herself, a fact which in itself makes this song more beautiful. We too often assume that falling in love refers only to romantic love. I'd say that only mothers can fully understand this song and the feelings expressed here.

"'Cause without you, How did I get through? All of my days without you,"

I think what's possibly most touching is this idea ^, that her baby helps her get through the day. Even though, of course, a baby cannot counsel, talk, or do so many other things.-the mere presence of her kids keeps her going.
