As for the report on Gary Gilmore, as Gen said in COUM, there actually was no dummy bullet - the sandbags behind Gary's body were found with 5 bullet holes, as to not take any risk with executing him. Part of the reason why he posed with Monte and Cosey tied up and blindfolded with actual loaded guns pointed at them for a COUM mail art piece called the Gary Gilmore Remembrance Society.
