For me its about those days where u lose hope with the world, and feel hopeless, because there are so many problems and where do we begin?! The 1st verse is like a realisation of oh dear, how'd we get this far, this bad, what are we doing, cant we just restart. The 2nd verse is explaining how she wants to use this song as a conveyor and spread a little love, begin to 'warm' the world up. I think she wants to just stop people in what theyre doin and think about it...why are we all goin around half killing each other, when we should be working together to remember our values and what is important, we're the only ones here, its no-one else's fault and no-one else has to deal with it but us!
