This is my favorite Lil' Wayne song because it has so much depth and symbolism. since there aren't any choruses or refrains, i'll take it paragraph by paragraph as is it's shown above.

the first verse describes how this is Lil' Wanye's passion and calling in life, making amazing rap songs and how he's not going to let down his mother in doing so. He also hopes that he'll stay on top of the rap game.

in the second paragraph, he's setting the tone of the song by saying "And the beat keep cryin' and I'mma keep beatin' her Fee' I'm f**kin' her, I'm deep in her sleep in her" which means that he's gonna keep rapping to this song (Tha Mobb) until he can't anymore. the next part of the verse about the reaper obviously means that when he dies, he hopes that he goes to heaven and not hell but feels ready because he's done enough in his life and made all the money he's wanted to.

In the next paragraph he's continueing on about his past criminal life and compares being a criminal to the desperation of survival by hunting. He states that crime now adays is on the streets with automatic guns.

"I'm in the lead, I can pop a wheelie" this paragraph talks about he's the best in the music industry and the fact he doesn't want anymore competition. "the ocean" is the rap genre and all the tuna in the ocean are petty rappers who aren't as good as him.

you know what fuck it, i just realized how damn long this is gonna take. This song in a nutshell is about his success, beliefs, and views of his life. Please listen to this song, it's dank (the chopped and screwed versiion is tighter)

I agree with you. Great song by Lil Wayne, one of my favorites before he started using drugs and the vocoder way too much.

totally agree man, my favourite weezy song. It sooo fucking tight.. i love how he goes till he can't say anything else, and then at the end he closes with "thats real shit if uve ever seen such"

yeah this is one of his best tracks, loved the whole carter2 and the drought is over 1,2,3,4 days just before carter3. He put out some tight tracks back then, anyway to my question can you please explain what he means by : " I'm hungry like I didnt eat I want it like I didnt see a mill before seventeen " ??? thx!
