I think he's venting about the individuality of being human. Only he can understand whats going on in his own head, so only he can get through his own problems. He's going through many hardships in his life which are creating depression. all he wants is help, yet its the one thing he cant have because no one else can understand him. this can be applied 2 all human beings; for at one point or another, we will all have feelings like this.
