This song IS about Joe Jonas, and I don't think it's right for Jonas Brothers fans to think badly of Taylor Swift because she vented her feelings into a song when HE messed up. Maybe something did happen, or they're just not meant to be together, but if so, it was just wrong of him to break up over the phone. I know its hard to break up with someone, but he should have had the courtesy to end their relationship in person.
For the people who think it was immature of her to write a song about this, try to remember how it feels when someone does this to you! It's hurtful and the feeling doesn't just go away. She could have done very unclassy things like calling him names, accusing him of awful things, and even using his name or a picture, but she didn't. Taylor writes songs to get her feelings out and clear her mind like some people write poetry or stories.
This, in my opinion, is a great song. Alot of people can relate to it and you can tell it was a very emotional song for Taylor. Good job. :)

Wow, really? It is all about how you think about it and obviously he thinks about it as her being the "bad guy" (or girl in this case). She is also always on tour so don't even give him that, a'ight? He broke up with her, but he still wants all of his fans to love him- I would post a blog looking for sympathy too if I were him!
