i could be off but my interpretation of this song is that the singer is talking about a girl that he has some sort of physical relationship with. he wants more because he likes her but he knows that she is just using him so that she can feel something. She is doing these things with him for solace. She was probably hurt by her previous relationship and seeks comfort in him and now he wants more but she still is just using him for her own personal gain (use me to use you).
