My friend... ahem, has had problems with bulimia in the past. That said, I can take this song as the title suggests. My friend, um, also loved the heck out of the second verse when he broke up with his boyfriend, I mean he experienced bulimia and breaking up at the same time. Maybe bulimia even as a vice after/during the break-up. That's what the second verse means to me. "I'm coughing up my time"/"hoarding all that's mine"/"wasting what is mine" and the bridge "...I don't even miss you at all!!"
But all those experiences aside, I think this song can be viewed three ways:
(saying I don't even miss you at all, good-bye to you, etc.)
1 Talking to an ex.
2 Talking to your eating disorder/addiction.
3 Talking to the food itself that's not in your body anymore.
