I've been on this weird Depeche Mode kick for the last 3 weeks or so. That and nueroticfish.
Either way, this is a great song. I think the lyrics tell the meaning pretty well, but for me
its one of those songs that kind of speaks to how when you get to know your bf/gf better, you start kind
of just wanting to have things back like before, when you didnt know they were lying, i.e. it was simpler.
