i was wondering why the whole album seemed to be about breaking up, so i did a little research.
i looked up the meaning of the latin phrase on the album cover. it means 'last argument of kings', and came from some famous war back in the day. the phrase represents when it can’t be sorted out any other way, the only way you can reach an end is to fight each other. its what happens when words no longer make a difference. i think that this gave me a fresh look at the album, and made me love it even more. hope it did the same for you!
