maybe hes talking about its crowded in his head because of all the thoughts hes havin of her and "would u care to blow it" meaning blow his mind since we all know he doesnt smoke.
also "waken up by the horn of an SUV"..hes probably dazing out day dreaming while driving..idk its my 2 cents
