In the first verse, I felt for the girl but was glad that she finally found someone who could help her start over again, but the for the longest, from the lines "Knew that it was right, cause something was wrong, The alarms in her mind didn't tell her he didn't belong" I feared that the guy she trusted was actually an intruder, but then realized it was just her finally trusting someone and not automatically rasiing the intruder alert and pushing him away
The second verse was by far my favorite. It's a situation that alot of ppl could be quick to judge but actually have no idea of
the third verse, Lupe certainly puts our ideas on illegal immigration on it's head. I mean, yes you have those with either ill intent and stuff; but you also have those like some from Cuba who have no other choice but do what they have to do for the best welfare and future of their children
