Wow. I've never heard this one, but the lyrics are so raw, pretty much like all of their stuff.
To me it speaks of either one of two things:
A girl he loves and cares about deeply that has not been saved by Jesus, and so, adhering to God's instructions, he keeps himself back from her, and prays that God would keep her safe, and be the love she needs and is searching for.
OR...
He's praying the same about His future wife, who he's longing to meet.
