idk. i think this song is more about his fucked up childhood. i think he's the child. and he was different(as they say in MANY of their songs) and his parents had a hard time accepting that so they tried to make him like that. idk maybe i'm not breaking into the song very deep. it kinda remind me of happy feet.....though i'm sure the band shudders that any of their fans might think that. lol
reminds me of 3 things. 1 what a woman might feel while she's pregnant. 2 like you said drug addiction. but the band also talks about inner demons alot. being the "evil" side of a person. or maybe its one and three together. lol.
