I guess I'll take a shot at interpreting this.

"I guess some kids are just born with tragedy in their blood." - States how children are born into uncaring families or born into a life full of hurtful decieptful people.

"I try to wash this away. I wanna cleanse your veins." He believes that the murder of his love will take away the suffering and pain he is living through

"I can help you see the light out of your despair." He's trying to convince his love that he can save her, even after the hell and pain she has caused him.

"You tie the rope, I'll kick the fucking chair." He is saying that he will be a part of her suicide.

"I feel the malice in my veins. My heart swells with hatred in your name." He is angered at the mere thought of his love, after the hell she has put him through.

"And when you've got nothing to turn black and blue." She is already beaten and hurt, whether it be emotionally or physically.

"You've still got Hell to look forward to." He is saying that hell is the only reward for her death while a sinner. The sins she has commmited are not yet forgiven.

And when you've got nothing to turn black and blue, you've still got hell to look to forward to - It's more the pain that's been inflicted on him, I think. It's like, "you hurt me, see you in hell bitch."
