I agree with trustkill and minuteman. It's not meant to be positive encouragement, telling you to live it up. It's almost scary. The people they're singing of have lost control of their lives, because they've just been faking it the whole time.

That's why they have no regrets. It's almost as if they're not real people anyway. They're plastic fabrications of people. And it's almost as if they've taken "Live Life To The Fullest" a step to far - it's like they're living too hard, too severely. They have nothing going for them, and nothing to live for - except partying and pushing the limits, that is.

Though sad and unnerving, this song is amazing. It really, really reminds me of the movie Party Monsters. The movie basically has the same idea.
