The band breaking up idea makes a lot of sense now. But it seems more personal than that, to me. Like it could be about a relationship, but then again, perhaps he was very close with the members of his band.

nick and the drummer of the midway class were like brothers. the five guys in the band were really all like brothers. the whole break up didnt just change nicks relationship with maddock though he lost a lot of friends and respect from people.. i used to skateboard with them and ive seen him at the local mall in our town and ill say waddup and get a hey man back but its almost like hes to cool for all of us.. he just grew away from everyone
