i think this song is more about a moment than an entire relationship. Basically, she runs into this guy she used to date who treated her like crap, and seeing him just totally freaks her out because it's been so long since she really thought about everything that happened. To me, it's sort of an angry song-seeing her ex and realizing all the the ways he's screwed her up makes her want to finally fight back, unlike she did in her relationship. Essentially, the song is how she's going to move on from this guy and act like sh'es okay
