This song goes with the themes of "Siamese Twins" and "The Figurehead". I believe those songs are about someone losing his virginity to a prostitute, and hating himself for it, and feeling that there is no point in pursuing love ever again. In this song, he is reflecting on the event, but now his sadness has been replaced with anger. He is equating all love with porn, saying that is is dirty and that no one should be in love, because it doesn't really exist. The lines "The old man cracks with age / She found his last picture / In the ashes of the fire" is him referring to his own death. The previous two songs are about his suicide, so he is reaffirming that love caused him to do this. He refers to himself as old not because he's old literally, but to show that the pursuit of love has made him old cause of how trying it was. He talks about killing this woman because he is so angry that she caused him to die. "The lines "a desire for flesh and real blood" show that for him his desire to have sex with her and his desire to kill her are one in the same. The last lines are actually kind of hopeful, in my opinion. He is saying that his desire to kill her is wrong, which seems to portray the entire album in a precautionary light to people who might feel the same way. It is saying that all the feelings on this album are symptoms of a sickness, and that he wants to fix his life, which may explain why the cure started making happier song after this album.

@ams77 I have to admit, I like this, if only because I was hoping for something more sex-related from a song entitled "Pornography!"
