I think this is about a guy that is in love someone and he has the oppertunity to be with them but he doesn't know how to get it. "I see you i'm running but I don't know my way."
He goes away and realises how much he misses the person and he is "ashamed" that he left, that he couldn't commit to the person. Then he goes back and faces up to his feelings and slowly builds it u again "Facing honest questiong, slowly turning me around...."
