I think this song is about a women that gets abused by her husband/boyfriend and she goes off and tries to escape the abuse and has an affair. The guy she is having the affair with knows that she will never leave him and won't leave even for him and it disgusts him that she will not fully let go of this abuse. Like it's some sorta comfort zone for her. I don't know just a thought.
