This is a great song- the heartbreak is genuine-yet it's really about trying to find yourself and your own idenity again after the demise of a relationship-and holding on to the knowledge that there are still good things ahead while not really being over the heartbreak. Maybe also that when we are thrown great hurts and dissapointments-we have a choice to move on-even when even the simplest things like driving down the highway can evoke hurtful memories.
