God damn this song makes parts of me inside really sad. It really is hard to believe that I'm already through high school and halfway done with college, and aside from a few isolated events, I'll never see most of my friends from the two places ever again after graduation. Of course, we'll all make new friends after losing our current ones, but it's always so hard to let go of what you've had for so long in exchange for the uncertainty the future brings. This is best song I've ever heard covering the "graduation/splitting up theme"- it does it without resorting to cheesy lyrics, and instead does an incredible job of capturing the emotion of that moment with the ever-present, droning bass line that underscores the entire song and smart lyrics.
