I kind of got the feeling it was about a relationship in which he was a little ashamed of her, on account of her being a prostitute. And well he loves her more than the other men she 'works' with, he later starts to feel like he's inclined to treat her like they do - with disrespect. Rather than giving her cute pet names or listening to what she has to say, he begins to call her "Jackie Big Tits" & spends the evening "imploring" her (..sexually, of course) and disregarding her demand for respect. But because he sees her as just a prostitute, and perceives that to mean she doesn't deserve respect, he takes her 'demand for respect' as her pushing him around.
But that's just how I saw it, I know that's wrong though haha.
Oh & does the beginning sound like those tickle-me-elmo things to anybody else? Haha, cause that's instantly what I thought of when I heard it.
