I love the implication that its not the "being alone" part that is scary, he's okay with being alone...that's not the point. He just wants to be with this person, its better to be with this person. I think too many people stay in relationships or start relationships only because they're afraid of being alone. I think that is a terrible reason to be with someone, especially because in actuality we are always alone and we should be happy enough with ourselves to be okay with being alone. Also I just love that he's willing to try to keep figuring out the person he's with and not give up so easily on the relationship (another problem with our world today).
