Teens have sex 95% of them do anyway and their trying to send a message out to only have sex with someone you love and use a condom to prevent STD and teen pregnancy. I think this song is perfect towards the teenage audiance. The spice girls had fans of all ages and as you can see they knew how to cover the song up so the younger children couldnt figure out the meaning until they were old enough to learn it and obviously they accomplished that.
