Mmh. That kinda sounds like 'Wasn't destined to leave its cage', which, also, would make sense in the context of the song, whereas the 'murderer's mind' was not supposed to 'leave the cage' to, well, accomplish murder. However, it did, and he was 'glad they met' so he could 'release the rage'. Otherwise, Luciferuz is most likely right- that, or the whole killer thing is a metaphor for something else further complex. But I'm not going into that right now... n_n
