If you hear the original song "Candyman", I always thought it was about a pedo. (hence the fact he used candy to lure her in)
And she was so fond of him, and he ended up going to jail(the end of the candyman)
After a few years, she realises how messed up it was.
But now he is released from jail and is back to try and get his former lover, in an almost 'rape-ish way.
