This song is insanely awesome. I guess my take on it is it could be about this relationship that has gone bad. One person is walking away and it's not ending nicely. But part of him wants her to stay but as the song goes on he realized he need to go on with his life...there's more too his life then this. No matter what he does, she ends up hating him. So he wants things to fade away, forget bout it all. I guess that's how I see it, but everyone has there own take on it..it's a powerful song.
