I think this is about a guy still loving a girl despite their issues.

It's like she's saying that she's going to change, but she's said that she would so often that he finds it hard to believe that it will actually happen.
"tonight's the last night i'll wait for you"
It's like he's saying that he's sick of being treated horribly and it's the last chance he's going to give her to changer her ways..
