-here she's talking about how badly he treated her; he wasn't very attentive; he just used her; he didn't really love her at all; he pushed her aside and just expected her to stand by him.
"i promise i won't do that anymore"
-this is her saying that she's going to leave him because she can't cope with this unrequited love anymore.
