I think he's reffering to a guy and a girl that has just ended a long relationship, marriage maybe (because of the juramento part).
He's very affraid to tell her how much he is hurt and angry because of the she leaving him.
However, no matter that, he won't make a public scene, and he won't cry in front of anyone.
He will suffer alone and in silence, but in front of her, he will just try to not expressing emotions, even when that could be looked rude from him; but it's because he is so hurt that he can't even speak about it, and he hopes God understands his emotions and actions.
