yeah i would agree with the above. this song has references to the end of the world, but at the same time it seems to be about a relationship breakup
The first deep scream part early in the song says:

While the end scream part:
"I know you wont be there i fall alone
Tell me why i am still standing here", both with the same still, except the first one says the singer believes that his relationship is strong, while the 2nd part he says he will fall on his own, obviously changing his state of mind towards whoever it is being refered to in the song
